IT HAS BEEN AGREED AND DECIDED AS FOLLOWS

1. THE CONTRACT

The purpose of this contract is to frame and govern the collaboration concluded between the sports influencer and the company MARSHAL RACING with the objective of carrying out the obligations of the contract. This contract specifies the rights and obligations of the two parties mentioned above.

2. PARTNERSHIP OBLIGATIONS

The sports influencer agrees to:

– Ride with the equipment made available by the company MARSHAL.

The sports influencer may in no case ride with another competing brand and this concerning the MARSHAL equipment that has been upgraded layout (frame / fork / wheels).

– Publish a minimum of 1 post per week on their social accounts, and including Photos or Videos of MARSHAL products.

The sports influencer must specify in these publications:

– the website of the company MARSHAL (www.bmx-marshal.com) and the brand’s Instagram or Facebook account.

IMPORTANT:  We want sponsored riders to be able to present exceptional bikes on BMX circuits, also for the brand image of the company. Therefore, we ask sports influencers to order all MARSHAL products when signing the contract (1 frame, 1 fork and 1 pair of carbon wheels).

3. THE BENEFITS FOR THE SPORTS INFLUENCER

The MARSHAL company accepts an exceptional discount of – 40% on the entire catalog MARSHAL to help and support the sports influencer of the co-factory. In addition, many prices are negotiated with our partners (NOLOGO and BERINGER) to be able to take advantage of very advantageous prices and dedicated to the MARSHAL co-factory. Finally, many MARSHAL courses and seminars are organized to unite around the MARSHAL brand and pilots. All products will be made available from October 2021 (unless stock available immediately).

Content of production times fluctuating continuously in the world of cycling, MARSHAL RACING will not be held responsible for any potential delay in delivery and will not give rise to no compensation.

4. VALIDATION OF THE CONTRACT

The contract must be returned to us signed and initialed on each page (by email or post). Upon receipt of the contract, we will send you the CONFIDENTIAL discount code which is dedicated to the entire co-factory and which will entitle you to -40% on our products (to be used only on our official website). The contract will become effective ONLY when ordering your products and paying on the site www.bmx-marshal.com

IMPORTANT

Without return within 8 days, the pilot’s contract may be awarded to another pilot. In the event of non-payment following payment by check (return of the check: insufficient funds), the contract will end immediately and the order will be canceled.

5. CONTRACT LENGTH

The collaboration concluded between the sports influencer and the company is defined for a period of: 12 MONTHS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE MATERIAL.

And will end with full fulfillment of the obligations without additional formalities.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

All the information contained in this contract cannot be communicated without the agreement written from both parties.

8. TERMINATION

Each party may terminate the agreement, as of right, at any time and without notice, in the event that one fails to fulfill its obligations set out in this contract. The termination notice must be made directly by email before the obligations are fulfilled.

9. DISPUTES

The company and the influencer undertake to settle amicably any problem that may arise in this contract. If it is impossible to settle these elements amicably, the courts of the city of Aix en Provence (FRANCE) will be declared competent to intervene and resolve the situation.
